Some dude was bitching about me putting "it's" instead of its" for my Alice in Wonderland review over at Rotten Tomatoes. My God, some people have no life:)
you wrote a great review and now i'm even MORE excited to see this although my ONE flaw with the review was you didn't say how the girl who played Alice did, whose the title character. lol
Thanks goNADSgo69! The funny thing is, as I was writing the review, I just didn't feel inspired to write about Mia. Don't get me wrong, I liked her, but that was it. I will probably watch her more closely when I see it in IMAX. Hope you like it:)

I really dug The Crazies.
Sadly, I can't find anyone to go see it with me since they all think it will be crap. So I guess I will have to fly solo on this one.
I'm not surprised, I wasn't expecting much either but it works and the audience I saw it with had a blast. Let me know what you think when you see it!

Just got the new Alkaline Trio and I am happy so far. It's kind of a cross between Good Mourning and Crimson, sort of. I have a very eclectic musical palette.
I had that problem with Agony and Irony, maybe that one prepared me for this one. But yeah, I am liking it more than that one.

The original here -I saw at the time it came out-really worked for me + the time period wasn't anything like today's horror films...hence simple frights worked quite well. The new film was a missed opportunity( IMO) to do something really cool.

I'm guessing there will be a strong MIXED reaction to The Wolfman...
Checking it out tomorrow myself, I expect the exact same. With the amount of time it has taken to come out I expect it to be very polarizing.
The thing about it is, I think if you are a fan of the old Universal monster movies, you'll appreciate this. The wife was terribly bored by it, but she isn't a big fan of those old films. I on the other hand, am a big fan of them, so I really dug this - flaws and all.

Going to see FROZEN this weekend. I wonder if it will make me feel cold:)
I don't know too much about FROZEN, except for the synopsis that I read on IMDB. Anyway, where's all the buzz for this flick coming from? It has to be coming from somewhere.
Anyway, it sounds pretty cool. I'll definitely check it out.
