Tila Tequila Attacked By Juggalos

Tila5_full

According to Tila, she took the stage at the Gathering of the Juggalos in Illinois -- a concert featuring such acts as Insane Clown Posse and Kottonmouth Kings.

Tila gave TMZ a very detailed account of what happened, saying: "I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw fire crackers on stage, and they even took the sh*t out of the port-0-potty and threw sh*t and piss at me when I was onstage."

She went on to say: "These people were trying to kill me. So then after the last blow to my head with the firecracker they threw at me exploded, my bodygaurd and the other security grabbed me and ran as fast as they could to the shitty trailor. Since their security SUCKS, the 2 thousand people ran after us, trying to kill me. They almost got me so they finally reach the trailor, blood all over myself, cant stop bleeding, then all of a sudden, all 2 thousand people surround the trailor and busts the windows!!! Even the guys INSIDE with me were shaking! Their hands were shaking cuz they were so scared! So 3 guys inside the trailor had to grab a table and push it over the broken windows and grabbed all the chairs they could find so hold the people from outside back. It was scary as hell!"

Police confirm they responded to the scene, but couldn't go into detail, citing HIPAA laws.

Cant say I'm a fan of hers, but this type of shit is unacceptable. I would over look police brutality against people like this. Fuck ASSHOLE Juggalos, you dont treat anyone like this especially a woman

The 3D Debate (Directed at those who bash it on every damn article strikeback)

I am getting really tired of people bitching about the 3D movies! There are 2 options, there will probably always be 2 options, I'm sure someone has realized that people who are blind in one eye would not appreciate an all 3D movie industry. Alice in Wonderland was my first 3D movie (and it was great) and it won't be the last cause that Tron trailer in 3D looked so damn awesome and my ass will be there with those glasses on, shoving a fist full of nachos in my mouth when it comes out. Dont like the 3D? Sit your ass down in the 2D theater and shut up! No ones holding a gun to your head.

Glad to see someone support Digital 3D movies. I realize there's a 3D craze goin' on right now, but when a film like ALICE IN WONDERLAND or AVATAR is made with the intention to be shown for 3D, boy do they look amazing.

watching Alice it made me think how amazing if something like Lord of the rings had been in 3D,its such a great way to see a film.I really didn't want to join the 3D bandwagon but it looks so good i can't help loving it.

Thoughts?

Rough draft of an unnamed story

How sure are we that this world is not indeed hell?

Erica’s body flowed with the music as if she were apart of it. She looked in my eyes and smiled. The power of that smile was amazing. By her side, there was no better place to be on a Friday night. I always had loved her, and she knew it deep down how much she meant to me, but I was always the friend to her. I sat there with my cold beer, staring at her raven hair swirling madly through the air and at her flashing green eyes, longing for things that seemed not to be. I was not a bad looking guy by any means. Average build, clean-shaven, deep blue eyes, thick black hair … Many girls had sought my attention, but my eyes were only for Erica. I broke free of her trance long enough to look at the time. “Erica, we have to go. It’s late and your sisters wedding is in the morning” She gave a look that could melt the heart of the coldest man. “All right Alex lets head home” I could’ve watched her dance in that club till dawn, but there just wasn’t time for it. I paid the tab and we walked out into that cold winter night.

It was a short walk to our apartment. As we walked I reflected more on our relationship. We lived together, ate together, worked together, hell we pretty much did everything together. My family always questioned why we never became more than friends and got married, her family as well. Her little sister even asked her flat out, “When are you and Alex going to get married and have kids?” That was only after knowing her for three months! “So can I ask again why we never moved beyond friends?” “ Cause that kind of relationship complicates things, you know this Alex. We’ve talked about this like a million times!” “We’re a couple in every sense of the word except for officially being called a couple, and of course without the sex…” She walked out in front of me, facing me, walking backwards, she began taunting me. I should’ve seen it coming, I left myself wide open for it, but deep down I didn’t mind. “Oh I see how it is, thinking with the little brains in your pants again? Is Captain Winkie feeling a little lonely? Rosie Palm out of town?” She spun back around and fell inline with me. “Sorry Alex, but my BOB can last longer than any man and that’s all I need,” she laughed and gave me a look that seemed to say something no man of this Earth could understand. Oh how she could get under my skin, and oh how I loved her for it. “I can’t wait to be in my warm bed,” she sighed. “I can’t wait to see you in that dress tomorrow” I thought to myself. As we approached our door, I looked at my watch again. “Shit, midnight,” I muttered to myself. Without missing a beat, “ Late for a date with Rosie?” “ Yeah and you better not keep BOB waiting!” I was the second one through the door. I felt a sharp blow to my head, and as my world went black, all I could hear was Erica screaming. How sad it is that we spent extra on sound proofing…

As far content, you did good job. We all can relate to unrequited love and being the friend in love with another friend. I like being inside the mind of Alex. What/who are BOB and Rosie Palm? Sounds like sex toys but I could be wrong. The TBC ending is nice because I want to find out happens next.

In the first sentence, I think you meant to write "a part" apart means to separate into pieces. The line where Alex is watching her and her looks are described, the part he longs for them to be more but it's not meant to be, that should be a new sentence.

When Alex first speaks it should be a new paragraph the same goes for Erica's dialogue too. There needs to be an apostrophe in "sister's wedding" and "let's". This is a personal nitpick for me but I think you should indicate who said a line of dialogue even it is just the two of them. Like this, “All right Alex let's head home," she said. In the second half/paragraph of this chapter the first two lines of dialogue only needs that indication (he said/she said). After that it's obvious they're only talking to each other.

The second paragraph needs to be split into smaller paragraphs because they are talking to each other and he's also thinking to himself (that dialogue should be in italics) It was kind of confusing and overwhelming to read all of it in one big paragraph.

Planet Hulk Review

Plot: The heroes of Earth have imprisoned Hulk on a ship and blasted him towards a planet with no intelligent life as a last resort. Needless to say when Hulk awakens, he isn't exactly thrilled. He than proceeds to destroy the ship, causing it stray off course into a black hole. After crash landing, Hulk is captured and forced to fight in battles to the death.

Review: I never read the Planet Hulk comics, only Civil War (which takes place during these events) and the fantastic sequel World War Hulk, so I can't verify how accurate this movie was to the comics, but since it is from Marvel Animation I can assume it is. I really enjoyed the story of Hulk going from loner and monster, into a hero and the evolution of his relationship with the Warbound. The battles were what you'd hope to see in the live action movies. The voice cast was spot on. I really would advise caution, this is more for the older fans. Heads exploding, a particular scene involving an atomic bomb and a child, not stuff I consider a problem but I don't know how parents would react. I really hope this leads to some Civil War animated flicks and than WWH 7.5/10

Best Line:
Beta Ray Bill- Hulk I know of you, the halls of Asgard echo with tales of your rage
Hulk- They ain't seen nothing yet!

Iron Man 2 Minimates Revealed

Diamond Select:"While one particular high-flying armor-clad character will remain hidden until the March release date, we can now reveal the full contents of our upcoming Marvel Minimates Series 35 Assortment and Iron Man 2 Single Pack Minimates Display. Rounding out the cast of Series 35 is the high-tech army builder paired with Pepper Potts and Happy Hogan - Hammer Industries' Hammer Drone! Glimpsed only briefly in the Iron Man 2 trailer, not much is known about the Hammer Drones - except that Iron Man and War Machine will apparently square off against an entire squad of them at some point during the film.

The biggest reveal comes in the form of our Iron Man 2 Single Pack Minimates Display, a special set of individually boxed Iron Man 2 Minimates limited to only 500 cases. This set was under complete lockdown, however now we can reveal the full contents!

Each display will include 12 individually packaged Iron Man 2 Minimates, including:

Air Assault Drone
Ground Assault Drone
Sea Assault Drone
Tactical Assault Drone

Plus limited short-packs found in every case featuring:
Battle Damaged Hammer Drone
Justin Hammer"

Pics: http://www.diamondselecttoys.com/article.asp?ai=91071

Not something I would buy, but they do provide insight into what was seen in the trailer

Star Wars The Prequel Trilogy

Star-wars-prequel-trilogy

Personally I really like these movies.Sure George went a "little" overboard with CGI but that doesn't hurt the movies for me. When these movies first started coming out, I was 10 years old, the same age as a lot of fans were when the originals were coming out. I still remember opening night, watching that opening crawl and that famous opening music blasting with my hair on end. For a boy who would watch the original cut vhs copies daily, this was the greatest theatrical moment of my life. (I had missed the re-releases) I remember when the second one came out cheering my ass off when Yoda started kicking ass. Yoda and a lightsaber, it was something I had always been curious about. Than because they never took our tickets, telling them they gave us the wrong tickets and getting to see it the second time free. I ended up seeing the last one 5 times. For me all 6 movies made my childhood great, and nothing prequel bashers say will change that. Gotta love Mace Windu, Qui-Gon, Darth Maul and those kick ass battles.

My Review of Smokin' Aces 2: Assassins' Ball

Smokin-aces-2-blazes-20091203111539497-000

Too short for my taste, clocking in at just over 80 minutes. There was no character development with the new assassins. Too predictable about who will live and die. Vinnie Jones was under used. Had one of the shortest love plots I've ever seen. Took a long ass time for the action to kick in and ended way too fast, unlike the original which had a lot more action. Certain characters are mentioned from the first one, so it was nice that this movie was connected beyond 2 assassins returning. Tommy Flanagan was as good as he always is. The final moment was pretty bad ass. I'd say it was a good rental or a good buy from a bargain bin 6/10

SUPER MARIO BROS. Wii Review

New-super-mario-bros-wii-box-art-419x590

Plot: Same old kidnapped princess story

Review:
Ladies and gentleman, the old school Mario is back! It's something I have been waiting years for. This game takes me right back to my childhood. It channels the old vibe from the old games very well and it has so much from the old games, it takes me back to those old days. It has the castles, the little minions with the wands, the flag pole with the fireworks, the Koopa ship, even the desert world is still a pain in the ass. They only really added Bowser jr., a couple mini games, and a couple new power ups, nothing that hurts the game overall. The only downside to the game is while Yoshi is back, he isn't around enough and he can't come with you to the next level, and I'm pretty sure you can't use the Wii classic controller. I highly recommend this game to all Mario fans, just be sure to wear the wrist strap. Just like the old days, you will want to throw that controller after missing that jump for 15th time.
9.5/10

Joe Quesada Talks More About Thor

Thor

We are incredibly confident. And there isn't much I could say to convince people beyond, "Look at these designs! Look at this script! Look at the moments in this story and tell me it won't be a huge success." But, that's obviously something I can't do, so the one thing I can say – and I've said as much to Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige – is that people are going to go into this movie with a preconceived idea about what it will be. If you're a comics fan, you'll have a preconceived notion of what you're going to get. If you're a non-comics fan, you'll have another notion of what the movie is all about. And what's really amazing is that both groups will walk away going, "I've never seen anything like this before within the super hero genre." It's so cool, and I don't want to use the word unusual, but it is unusual in the sense that it redefines what a super hero movie can be. It's not the expected story or settings. That part of it is incredibly exciting to me.

http://comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=23851

Sounds great to me. We need more movies in this genre to stand out, and its nice that they are not looking to copy TDK like others are looking into copying it.

The Failure That Is The Boondock Saints 2 Marketing Campaign

Alright straight of that bat, there really has not been a marketing campaign at all from Sony. It would seem the only one putting forth any effort in getting the word out about this movie, is the director Troy Duffy. There was hardly any coverage at Comic Con, and who ever had the bright idea to have that panel go up against Iron Man 2, should be working in the mail room at Sony. We have mere months before the long awaited sequel to the cult classic comes out, and the mass public has no knowledge of the movie. By now most movies have had movie posters in theaters 4-8 months before the movie is released and they have had 2-3 trailers. Sony has really dropped the ball.
